BOARD OF DIRECTORS
URGE MEMBERS TO VOTE NO ON 10
The Clay Rural Water System Board of Directors
urges water system members to Vote No on
Initiated Measure 10. The measure will appear on
the South Dakota general ballot on November 4,
2008.
The measure, among other purposes, will prohibit
Clay Rural Water from contacting our legislators
and other state government officials regarding
legislation or funding that could greatly impact
the water system. It would also prohibit Clay
Rural Water from joining together with other
rural water systems in an association to promote
and further advance rural water causes.
